Patient & clinical data
You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant Medyzer a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service. We act as a data processor on your behalf.
Availability
We work hard to keep the service reliable but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
Termination
You may stop using Medyzer at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if the terms are violated or required by law.
